Part 1.
1. FM GROUP is a Polish brand created in 2004, in Wroclaw. It is managed by Katarzyna and Artur Trawinski. The dynamic growth has enabled FM GROUP to open branches in several countries all over the world. Perfand is an important partner for FM GROUP. It is a modern production plant owned by Mr Andrzej Trawinski. Perfand provides FM GROUP with perfumes and eau de perfume both in Poland and all over the world. The plant is located in Psary near Wroclaw.

2. Dynamic growth and increasing turnover have been aprreciated by independent business experts. FM GROUP Poland, FM GROUP World and Perfand have all received a prestigious Polish business award Gazele Biznesu in 2010 for their results in years 2008-2010 (FM GROUP World received the same award again in 2011). Gazele Biznesu are granted to most dynamically developing Polish companies. The ranking is carried out by economic journal Puls Biznesu and Coface Poland. Other awards are Customer Laurel- the Discovery of 2011 in the category: Cosmetics distributed outside shopping channel. One of the products- sugar lip scrub- has received the Cult Cosmetic Award for 2011. The media have also shown interest in FM GROUP brand. Forbes and Newsweek have published articles about our brand.

3. Other strategical partners other than Perfand we've mentioned, are such companies as Drom Fragrances, Mercedes-Benz and Honda. DROM Fragrances is a well-known fragrance compositions producer located in Munich, based on a tradition of over 100 years and cooperating with the most recognized brands in the world, including FM GROUP. Another partner is a very popular cars brand: Mercedes-Benz and Honda. Thanks to this cooperation and the Car Programme, a motivational programme created by FM GROUP, a Distributor who complies with specific rules, is entitled to receive a special commission from the company to cover the leasing installments. On the same terms now begins a house & lot and condominium program with Ayala Land.

4. FM GROUP offer is composed by four main product lines. The flagship product are high quality perfumes and perfume products. Apart from that, the next line is make up cosmetics FM GROUP MAKE UP. What all FM products have in common is the fact they they are what people use on a daily basis. Attractive price also increases interest in FM GROUP products.

5. How can one purchase FM GROUP products? The distribution is carried out outside traditional sales system: outside shops, showrooms or drugstores. It's based on multi-level marketing system (MLM). It means that all product lines are offered by Independent Distributors, who choose to cooperate with the company. This solution is full of advantages for both end Customers and Distributors. Excluding the cost of various intermediaries, such as wholesalers and shops, as well as smaller cost of advertising and promotion allow the Customers to receive high quality products at an extremely competitive price. The Distributors, on their part, earn money on margin and they can also receive commission or discount through purchases in their network.
Part 6.
6. FM GROUP Club offers a variety of possibilities. First of them is purchasing products at a special price (saving money). The members of FM GROUP Club purchase products at Distributor's Price. There is also a possibility to use the discount. The possibilities to save money are linked to the possibilities to earn money. A Distributor can re-sell products and earn money on margin (active earnings). Additionally, they can build their own distribution network. The work they dedicate to create their group, called network, they receive comission (remuneration or discount) calculated according to FM GROUP Marketing Plan (passive earnings). The most effective solution is to combine all three options.
Part 7.
7. The Marketing Plan is a set of rules, according to which a Distributor receives special discounts and comissions from the company. Selected items from FM GROUP offer are assigned to point values. Comission or discount are granted to Distributors basing on the amount of points they have gathered. The rules of calculating points and payments are specified in the Marketing Plan. The first part of the Marketing Plan, so called Magnolia Club, specifies the comission and discount a Distributor can receive due to the sales volume they and their structure generates. In the second part of the Marketing Plan, called Orchid Club, the Distributors additionally share the profits from the company's world points turnover.
Part 8.
8. Apart from the attractive Marketing Plan, Distributors can also use attractive motivational programmes. One of them has already been mentioned: the flagship programme is the Car programme. Distributors also have a possibility to take part in training trips abroad. Another possibility is to earn extra comissions on all efectiveness levels. The system of FM GROUP motivational programmes has been created in a way that enables Distributors to benefit from their cooperation with the company at every level.
Part 9.
9. The Starter Kit is the basic work tool of every Distributor. Purchasing a Starter is the key to use all possibilities offered by FM GROUP. In the Starter Kit, there are for instance: fragrance samples, product and services catalogues and the Marketing Plan.
Part 10.
10. FM GROUP ensures that their Distributors are given training support. A professional team of trainers supports the development of skills of Distributors interested in cooperation. The trainings are organized in the headquarters of FM GROUP. There is also a possibility to invite a trainer to perform trainings in your location. There are also cyclic regional FM GROUP training meetings.
